All pre orders are imported from oversea hence delivery timeline is typically around 8-15 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) to your doorstep, counting from next day upon payment notification received and is subjected to product availability, custom clearance, logistics handling and any other un-foreseen circumstances. Delivery may take longer time to reach you during festive season and global sales campaign.
In the event that there may be any delays on the delivery of your order, we will endeavor to keep our customer up-to-date on when they can expect delivery.
You are required to notify us before placing order if you have a deadline to receive your order. We shall bear no responsibility for any issue caused due to delay after the order is processed.
International shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks in addition to the normal timeline.
Ready stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment.
Please note that if you purchased pre order item alongside ready stock item, we will send both items in a single shipment once we receive the pre order item. Please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangement prior to payment should you require the ready stock to be shipped first.
We offer FREE SHIPPING throughout Malaysia with a purchase of RM100 and above.
The shipping fee is charged based on per order basis with flat rate of RM7 for West Malaysia / RM10 for East Malaysia.
We use only Poslaju courier service for all local deliveries (Malaysia) which usually ships within 1-3 days after we posted the parcel. For other courier service upon request, extra charge will be incurred for every parcel.
We do ship internationally to other countries and postage will be charged based on EMS courier rates according to actual weight of the parcel. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping info and we will advise accordingly.
Please note that our responsibilities starts from receiving orders from customers, placing respective orders to our suppliers, sorting and packing all orders before sending out to customers and ends upon posting the parcels to respective customers via courier. Customers are liable to track their own given tracking number from the respective courier websites. It is customer's responsibilities to follow up with courier should the parcel failed to be delivered to them. We are not responsible for any matters related to courier service.

Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer if the parcel gets returned back to us due to any possible reasons (unclaimed, wrong address given or no such person etc).
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as La Rossa’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
