We are committed to provide you with quality products. In the case of any unsatisfactory item(s) being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product code, name, snapshot of defected area and reason for return/exchange. We will then advice you on the procedure for exchange.
What is an unsatisfactory item?
- Item in the wrong color or size.
- Item with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong item that was not in order.
Please note that all ready stock, exclusive and wedding collection are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.
All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1" as items are mass produced. The actual color shade will not be perfectly captured in the photographs due to different lighting used during photo shoots. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different color resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no exchanges will be made.
Refunds are not allowed for customers that dissatisfied with the items as quality expectation is individualize. (eg the item look slightly different with photos; material is thin; the material is not as good as imagine; etc) Customers are advised to purchase the items prior to understanding of inspired pieces. We are not responsible for any quality expectation issue and not providing any help to sell away service.
Kindly ensured to check on the actual item pictures in the website before proceed payment. We make every effort to display actual photos offered. However, cutting/material imagination is not being controlled by us. Customers need to be aware that, there will be risk of making purchase online by not knowing the cutting/material as customers did not manage to touch and inspect the item. Thus, photos of actual items at different angles and material close-ups are published, where available, to assist with your shopping decision. Customers are advised to choose their size based on individual measurements published for each item. All items have non-standard sizing and will vary from item to item. As such, customers should not assume their size based on physical store bought sizes, branded label sizes or even prior purchases with us. We may assist with size suggestions for customers who request for it, but the size confirmed in an order is ultimately the customer's decision. We will not bear responsibility for any sizes suggested in customer's orders.
Refund can be done only if (i) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or (ii) the item(s) is having defect and we have no stock to replace for you. Please note that refund will only be made in the form of STORE CREDIT for future purchase and we will issue store credit which is equivalent to the original paid amount for customers who are eligible for that.
- Exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for sizing/colour will not be entertained once the order is confirmed.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
- An item in a color or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and are subjective.
- Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
- A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
- If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (eg after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels)
Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.
Postages incurred for sending the items with issues back to us with be borne by buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective issues will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, buyer pays for the postage and sends back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifying the issues.
Items mailed back to us without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
